Inspired by his children, Hadi Fakhoury transitioned from a successful 20-year career in the US telecommunications industry to pursue his entrepreneurial passion. With a BS in Engineering from the American University of Beirut and an MS in Telecom from the University of Maryland, Hadi worked on high-profile projects with industry giants like MCI Telecom, Concert, BT, and XO Communications. His focus on customer-centric operations propelled him into leadership roles, where he consistently prioritized the most important asset: the customer.

Driven by a deep passion for nature and outdoor education—and a firm belief in their transformative impact on learning and creativity—Hadi co-founded Aventura Parks. Over two years, he turned an innovative idea into reality by developing Dubai’s first sustainable outdoor ropes course park, the largest of its kind in the region, combining traditional engineering, preservation techniques, and artisanal design. As Managing Director, he further expanded Aventura’s vision, overseeing operations, marketing, and sales strategies, building strategic partnerships, and quickly diversifying the park’s offerings to include corporate team-building, educational field trips, and sports events with the Dubai Sports Council.

In 2020, Hadi founded Tamana Adventures in Abu Dhabi to further his vision of reconnecting society with nature. Through the Circuit X brand—developed by Modon Properties—Tamana delivers a premier Adventure Hub offering high ropes, skate, BMX, and water activities for all ages. Recently, Tamana expanded its portfolio as the operator of Al Naseem Adventure Park by d2, the first adventure ropes course park in Oman, and designed a built the Al Qannas laser tag and paintball brand in Mugheyrah Abu dhabi. Hadi also brings his expertise in brand marketing, sales development, and revenue management to optimize every venue’s potential.

Hadi’s vision is to balance our technology-driven, always-on world with experiences that reconnect individuals with nature—sparking innovation, enhancing learning, and nurturing well-being. He continues to lead Tamana by advising on new venues and planning groundbreaking operations.
