A competitive or collaborative program where teams rotate through a series of challenges, earning points while practicing communication, planning, execution, and problem-solving. Team Challenges are ideal for corporate away days, staff engagement events, department gatherings, and groups looking for a fun but purposeful shared experience. We run it light and recreational or more structured, depending on your objectives.

A facilitated experience focused on how the team works together, where it clicks, where it stalls, and how it improves. As PureLab brought operations together across the country, they wanted their people to feel like one team. The goal was connection: giving colleagues from different locations the chance to work together, solve problems together, and build the relationships that make a combined organisation function better.
We delivered a series of twelve Team Challenge events, each with a structured debrief, across all seven emirates — taking the program to PureLab’s people. Each event ran at a venue local to that group, from indoor spaces to outdoor sites, with the format adapted to the setting every time. The debriefs turned each session into shared, practical takeaways about how the newly combined teams work best together.
Almost 1000 participants took part across the twelve events — 95% of those invited — building cross-site relationships that carried back into day-to-day operations.
