MULTIPLE PARKS ONE ADVENTURE BRAND
Circuit X in Abu Dhabi, developed by Modon Properties features a High Ropes Park, BMX Biking Park, Skate Park and a Splash Park.
Tamana created the Circuit X brand to represent adventure for all ages, and currently operates all Parks with a workforce of 20 employees, including Management, Sales and Marketing, Operations, Maintenance and HR.
Tamana developed all SOPs, designed and fitted all operational areas (ticketing, offices, storage) procured all equipment, FF&E, software and hardware, defined all products necessary to launch and operate the Parks.
Tamana developed launch plans and management of all Operations for 4 Parks including recruiting, training and managing all staff including Safety, Rescue, Customer Service, Ticketing, Sales, Corporate Team Building and Schools, Facilities Management.

High Ropes Course
The adventure ropes course offers three levels of games: the lower green course, provides a fun opportunity for students to explore and build their confidence at height, while the blue course allows more challenging games. The higher Extreme course is designed to push limits of students above 15 years old with more demanding obstacles, surrounded by stunning views of Abu Dhabi skyline and the seashore.
- 31 obstacles spread over 3 levels up to 10m high. Each circuit takes 15-30 minutes to navigate, with a total of 32 obstacles, alternating fun, thrilling and challenging activities.

BMX Park
The track offers two types of rides, the inner track is an Asphalt track designed as a course based on pump action with several areas for skills and jumps.
The outer course is a dirt track constructed using natural materials with several ramps and sharp turns around the Park.

SKATE PARK
The Skate Park is the perfect mix of terrain and challenges for all skill levels: the ramps and surrounding elements have been carefully designed to make the skateboarding experience at Circuit X unforgettable. Younger and older children alike can bring their own skateboard/scooter or rent one at the park.

Splash, Climb and Pool Park
The Circuit X Splash park combines the excitement of water activities, and laid-back, relaxing pool with thrilling climbing structures and vertical mazes at Pirates Playground. Children of ages 1-12yrs can freely play around in a safe and supervised environment with temperature-controlled water all year round. Splash coaches keep the little ones entertained and safe, with structured session activities and free play.
