Maintenance management

  • Tamana will establish processes necessary to certify the construction and operational management of the park.
  • Tamana will establish and operate the ongoing processes necessary to maintain the Park, not only to maintain certifications, but to remain at the highest safety standards.
  • This involves, daily, monthly and more extensive yearly maintenance activities.
  • Tamana will be responsible for recruiting, managing and training qualified staff.

Project execution plan management

  • Tamana will be responsible for Project Management of the full execution phase of the Adventure Park.
  • In the case of 3 rd Party builders, Tamana is able to manage the project execution.
